Herbs for First Aid

$22.00

Calendula, arnica, and chamomile are some of my favorite herbs for skin cell rejuvenation, inflammation, and wound healing - you can’t go wrong with these three on hand! The arnica is excellent for any bruises or joint pain (just avoid using it internally or on broken skin), and the chamomile and calendula are perfect for helping to heal cuts, minor abrasions, tears after birthing, or hemorrhoids. Keep the herbs dry and toss them in the bathtub when you need some soothing for your skin, put them in a muslin bag, steep for 10 minutes, and use as a compress on acute areas, or pour oil directly into the glass jars, let sit for 4 weeks, and apply topically as needed.
