Muscle Ache Oil Roll-on

This soothing oil is my go-to for both chronic and acute muscle aches and joint pain. It’s perfect as a massage oil, as it’s both moisturizing and soothing for internal inflammation. It’s made with oils infused with yarrow, St. John’s Wort, and Arnica flowers, and can be used liberally on minor cuts, scrapes bruises, and muscle soreness. I roll it on my neck, a spot of chronic soreness, before bed, as a sweet self-massage.
